Two summer staples have come together at last: Ball Park® hot dogs and homemade guacamole. Shh, don’t tell the tortilla chips.
1 (13 ounces) pack Ball Park® hot dog buns
½ cup diced red onion
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon diced jalapeno
2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
½ cup diced tomato
- Prepare your Ball Park® Franks
Mash the avocados in a mixing bowl. Stir in onion, lime juice, jalapenos, cilantro and tomato.
Put the hot dogs in the buns and top with a (generous) scoop of that homemade guac!
Over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Rotate while cooking.
Bring 2/3 cup water to a boil. Add franks. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Wrap frank in a paper towel. Place on plate. Heat on high for 30-35 seconds.
Put frank in colander above boiling water until meat reaches 165°.
